Legal · Data deletion

Delete your data. Mostly, you do it.

Google Play and the App Store require a public data-deletion page. So here it is. Hitme has no accounts and no server-side user records, so "delete my account" maps to three concrete actions you can take below — most of them on your own phone, in under a minute.

REMINDER Hitme has no login, no username, no password, no cloud profile. There is no "account" to delete in the usual sense — only on-device data, an anonymous subscription record (if you have Pro), and possibly a waitlist email.
Three things you can delete

Pick what applies. Each one is independent.

01

Delete in-app data (game, balances, hand history)

This is the bulk of "your data." It lives in a local SQLite database on your phone — we never receive a copy. Two ways to wipe it:

  1. Open Hitme → Settings → Reset data. Confirm. Done.
  2. Or: Uninstall the app. Android destroys app data on uninstall, so reinstalling later starts you fresh.
What gets deleted: per-app balances · block schedules · hand history · daily stats · streak · settings · theme. Everything.
02

Delete subscription / RevenueCat record (Pro users only)

If you've ever subscribed to Pro, your subscription is recorded by RevenueCat against an anonymous identifier we generate inside the app. There's no name, no email, and no device ID — just a random UUID that says "this install is/was a subscriber." To have that record deleted:

  1. Email devwriterco@gmail.com with the subject line delete subscription data.
  2. Optional: include the order ID from your Play Store receipt to help us match the record. We'll find it either way using the install UUID you can copy from Settings → About → Install ID.
  3. We'll instruct RevenueCat to delete the user record within 30 days and confirm by email.
Note: deleting the RevenueCat record does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel that in your Play Store account first, otherwise it'll keep auto-renewing.
03

Remove your iOS waitlist email

If you signed up for the iOS waitlist:

  1. Email devwriterco@gmail.com with the subject line remove me.
  2. Send it from the address you signed up with so we can match it. (If you can't, tell us the address you used.)
  3. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted: your email · the optional "what app is fixing your dopamine right now?" note · the timestamp.

One inbox. Real human.

For anything that requires us — subscription record deletion or waitlist removal — email us with the subject line shown above. We try to reply within 48 hours.
